Relationship Therapy
Are you and your partner having trouble seeing eye to eye? Does it feel like communication has become strained or frustrating? Are you longing for your relationship to feel more connected—and maybe just a little easier? If so, couples therapy may be a helpful next step.
At Blue Hour Psychological Services, I welcome all types of romantic partnerships and honor the diverse identities each couple brings. I primarily use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, a research-backed approach that helps partners better understand their own emotions, tune into each other’s emotional worlds, and communicate more effectively.
If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to support you on your journey together.
