Billing Practices

I am currently an in-network provider with Aetna. If you have Aetna insurance, your session fees and copay will be determined by your specific plan. I will submit claims directly to Aetna on your behalf.

If you are using Aetna insurance, your session fee for therapy is the full rate indicated, and your session fee for assessment ranges depending on the scope of services and can be discussed with the provider. For information on your out of pocket cost, please contact your insurance provider.

If you choose to pay privately (self-pay) and not use insurance, I offer a sliding scale based on household income to make therapy accessible. My private pay rates are set independently and may be higher or lower than the insurance rate. The sliding scale is based on household income and ranges from a reduced rate for lower-income clients up to my full rate for higher-income clients

My standard billing process is to collect payment at the time of each session. However, I understand that financial circumstances can vary, and I am open to discussing flexible payment arrangements if needed.

If you have any questions about billing, payment options, or insurance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
