One of the most common services I provide is cognitive assessment for ADHD and learning disabilities. These evaluations typically take around 5 hours of direct testing, not including the time required to complete a detailed written report and schedule a feedback session.

I also offer a sliding scale for cognitive assessments. For households with an annual income up to $110,000, reduced rates are available. Those above that threshold are billed the full self-pay rate of $1,300. For more details on payment options and superbills, please visit the billing page.

Income Between $50,000-$80,000: $800
